Creamy strawberry dessert layered with whipped cream, yogurt, and soft meringue for a light and sweet treat.

Ingredients

1 1/3 cups cream cheese (300 g)
1 1/4 cups Greek yogurt (300 g)
1 cup heavy cream (230 ml)
2 tbsp granulated sugar
Vanilla extract (to taste)
1 lb strawberries (450 g, chopped)
20 meringues

Instructions

Whip Cream: Beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
Make Cream Base: In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, yogurt, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in whipped cream.
Prepare Strawberries: Wash and chop strawberries into bite-sized pieces.
Assemble Layers: In serving cups or jars:
Add a layer of cream mixture
Crush and add meringues
Add strawberries
Repeat layers, finishing with strawberries on top
Chill: Refrigerate for a few hours to allow flavors to blend and meringues to soften.
