Ingredients

4 slices brioche bread, about 1-inch thick
4 tbsp Peppertux Farms Original Pistachio Butter
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp butter (for cooking)
Berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.) for garnish
Pistachio crumbs for topping

Instructions

Spread pistachio butter evenly on each slice of brioche bread.
Pair the slices to form two sandwiches.
