Easy homemade keto gummies made with sugar free jello and gelatin for a fun, low carb, and guilt free sweet treat.

Ingredients

4 (0.3 oz) packages sugar-free jello mix (different flavors)
8 envelopes unflavored gelatin (about 56 g total)
1 1/3 cups boiling water

Instructions

Mix Dry Ingredients: In four separate bowls, add one package of sugar-free jello mix and two envelopes of gelatin to each bowl. Stir to combine.
Add Water: Pour 1/3 cup boiling water into each bowl and whisk thoroughly until everything is fully dissolved and smooth.
Fill Molds: Place gummy molds on a baking sheet. Using a dropper or spoon, carefully fill each mold with the mixture. Repeat for all flavors.
Chill: Refrigerate for 30–40 minutes, or until fully set.
Serve: Remove gummies from molds and enjoy immediately or store for later.

Notes

Use silicone molds for easy removal.
Mixing different flavors creates fun color combinations.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
You can adjust gelatin for firmer or softer gummies.
