Sweet and chewy Chocolate Covered Apricots Recipe made with rich dark chocolate and simple toppings. An easy no bake dessert perfect for holidays, snacks, and edible gifts.
3/4 cup chopped dark chocolate
18 dried apricots
Optional toppings: chopped nuts, pumpkin seeds, edible dried flowers, or sea salt
Add chopped dark chocolate to a small pot over low heat.
Stir constantly until the chocolate is fully melted, then remove from heat immediately.
Transfer the melted chocolate to a bowl.
Dip each dried apricot into the melted chocolate, coating about two-thirds of the apricot.
Place dipped apricots onto a parchment-lined plate or baking sheet.
Immediately sprinkle with desired toppings while the chocolate is still wet.
Repeat with remaining apricots.
Refrigerate for at least 60 minutes or until the chocolate is firm.
