Warm, cozy, and perfectly portioned, this Apple Crumble Single Serving recipe is made with sweet Jazz apples, buttery cinnamon crumble, and topped with creamy vanilla ice cream. An easy small batch dessert for fall cravings anytime.
1 Jazz or Honeycrisp apple, chopped
1 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp + 1 tsp raw sugar
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp cinnamon
Crumble Topping:
3 tbsp flour
2 tbsp raw sugar
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1.5 tbsp melted butter
For Serving:
1 large scoop vanilla ice cream
Preheat toaster oven to 350°F.
Add chopped apple to a small ramekin or baking dish.
Mix with melted butter, raw sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice until coated.
In a small bowl, combine flour, raw sugar, and cinnamon.
Add melted butter and mix until small damp clumps form.
Spoon crumble topping over the apples.
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until golden and bubbling. For a regular oven, bake 35–40 minutes if needed.
Let cool slightly, then top with vanilla ice cream and serve.
Use Jazz or Honeycrisp apple for the best sweet-tart flavor. The crumble topping is light, so it may not fully cover the apples. Serve with vanilla ice cream or rose saffron kulfi for a Desi twist.
