Ingredients

12 apples (air fry one apple at a time)
Coconut oil spray
Cinnamon

Instructions

Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
Wash the apples and slice them very thinly using a sharp knife or mandoline slicer. Remove the core if desired.
Lightly spray both sides of the apple slices with coconut oil spray.
Sprinkle cinnamon evenly over both sides of the apple slices.
Arrange the slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding too much overlap.
Air fry for 12 minutes.
Flip the apple slices and cook for another 10 minutes until lightly crisp.
Remove the apple chips and place them on a plate. Let them sit for 1–2 minutes to fully crisp up.
Repeat with remaining apples if needed and enjoy!

Notes

Thin slices work best for crispy apple chips.
Cooking times may vary slightly depending on your air fryer and apple thickness.
Fuji, Honeycrisp, and Gala apples are great choices for natural sweetness.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
