Adorable White Chocolate Fruit Turtles made with juicy grapes, fresh kiwi, and creamy white chocolate for a fun and creative no-bake treat.
100 grams white chocolate
18 green grapes (mix of oblong and round)
3 kiwis
12 mini candy eyes
Peel the kiwis and slice them into rounds, keeping the thickness similar to the grapes.
Cut the oblong grapes in half lengthwise for the turtle legs.
Melt the white chocolate using a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
Transfer the melted chocolate into a piping bag or piping utensil.
Pipe a small dollop of chocolate onto parchment paper for the turtle head, then pipe a hollow circular base for the body.
Pat the fruit dry with a kitchen towel to help the chocolate stick better.
Place a kiwi slice onto the circular chocolate base, ensuring the chocolate extends slightly underneath to secure the grapes.
Place a whole round grape onto the chocolate dollop to form the head.
Arrange four halved grapes around the kiwi slice as legs, with the cut sides facing inward.
Use a small amount of white chocolate to attach candy eyes to the grape head.
Let the chocolate set completely at room temperature or in the fridge.
Serve and enjoy!
Make sure fruit is dry to prevent chocolate from slipping.
Use seedless grapes for best results.
Chill briefly to speed up setting if needed.
These are best served fresh the same day.
Swap white chocolate with dark or milk chocolate if preferred.
