Smooth and creamy frozen peach sorbet made with just peaches, lemon, and honey. A quick and refreshing summer dessert.
3 cups frozen peaches
1 lemon, juiced
1–2 tbsp honey (adjust to taste)
Add frozen peaches, lemon juice, and honey into a food processor.
Blend until smooth and creamy, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides.
Once a soft sorbet texture forms, transfer mixture into a freezer-safe container.
Freeze for 1–2 hours until desired firmness is reached.
Scoop and serve immediately.
Use ripe peaches for best natural sweetness.
Add more honey if peaches are slightly tart.
For a softer texture, serve after 1 hour of freezing.
Let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before scooping if too firm.
Can be blended again after freezing for a creamier texture.
