4–6 cups sliced stone fruit of choice
Peaches
Nectarines
Plums
Apricots
Cherries (pitted)
2 cups blueberries
2 cups blackberries

½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt
1 tsp fresh thyme, finely chopped
