1/3 cup vanilla coconut yogurt
1 1/3 cups fresh strawberries, chopped small
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 cup white chocolate, melted
1 tablespoon matcha green tea powder
Optional: Freeze-dried strawberry powder for topping

Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.
Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture onto the lined sheet to form individual clusters.
Freeze the clusters for 2 hours or until completely firm.
Melt the white chocolate and whisk in the matcha powder until smooth and evenly combined.
Remove the frozen clusters from the freezer and dip each one into the matcha white chocolate mixture.
Optional: Sprinkle with freeze-dried strawberry powder for extra flavor and color.
Return the coated clusters to the freezer for 30 minutes or until the chocolate shell is fully set.
Store in an airtight container in the freezer and enjoy chilled.
You can swap strawberries with raspberries or blueberries for different flavor variations. For extra crunch, roll the dipped clusters in crushed pistachios before freezing. Keep frozen until ready to serve for the best texture.
