These fruity strawberry mango popsicles are refreshing, naturally sweet, and perfect for a healthy summer dessert or snack.
3 cups strawberries
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp maple syrup
3 cups cubed mango
1/3 cup orange juice
Add the strawberries, maple syrup, and lime juice to a small pot over medium heat. Cook for 5–10 minutes until the strawberries begin to soften.
This step is optional but helps intensify the strawberry flavor.
Transfer the strawberry mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.
Divide the strawberry mixture evenly among the popsicle molds.
Rinse the blender, then add the mango and orange juice. Blend until completely smooth.
Pour the mango mixture evenly into the popsicle molds over the strawberry layer.
For a marbled effect, gently swirl the mixtures using a knife or chopstick.
Insert popsicle sticks, cover the molds, and freeze overnight or until fully solid.
To remove the popsicles, run the molds under warm water for about 30 seconds, then gently pull the popsicles out by the sticks.
Use ripe mangoes for the sweetest flavor.
Frozen fruit can also be used if fresh fruit is unavailable.
Adjust maple syrup depending on the sweetness of the fruit.
Store popsicles in the freezer for up to 2 months.
