6 cups watermelon, seeded and cubed
1 English cucumber, chopped
6 oz feta cheese, cubed
Handful fresh mint leaves, chopped
1 fresh lime (zest and juice)
Sea salt flakes, to taste
Fresh ground black pepper, to taste
Add cubed watermelon to a large serving bowl.
Add chopped cucumber, feta cubes, and fresh mint leaves.
Pour in lime juice and add lime zest.
Season with sea salt flakes and black pepper.
