Tzatziki Chicken Salad is a fresh and flavorful dish with juicy chicken, crisp veggies, and creamy tzatziki. Perfect for a light, healthy meal or quick lunch.
For the Tzatziki Sauce:
1 cup + 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cucumber, grated
2–3 garlic cloves, pressed
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Salad:
2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup pepperoncini peppers, sliced
1/2 cup Kalamata olives, sliced
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Prepare the Tzatziki: In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, olive oil, and dill. Season with salt and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Assemble the Salad: In a large bowl, toss together romaine lettuce, tomatoes, pepperoncini, olives, and red onion.
Add Chicken: Top the salad with chopped cooked chicken.
Add Dressing: Spoon the tzatziki sauce over the salad.
Garnish: Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top and serve immediately.
For best flavor, chill the tzatziki for 10–15 minutes before serving.
You can use grilled, roasted, or rotisserie chicken.
