Quick and easy individual charcuterie cups filled with cheese, fruit, nuts, and meats for a perfect party appetizer or snack.
2 cups pecans
2 cups dried fruit (dates, apricots, or mix)
8 oz mozzarella pearls (or bocconcini)
8 oz Havarti cheese (any flavor), cubed
12 oz sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
8 oz salami, sliced or folded
3 oz prosciutto, folded
1 cup seedless cucumber, thinly sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 cup blackberries
1 cup pickled vegetables or olives
2 boxes crackers
Small skewers or toothpicks
16 serving cups
Prep ingredients:
Cut cheeses into bite-sized cubes. Slice cucumber thinly. Portion meats, fruits, and vegetables into small, easy-to-skewer pieces.
Assemble skewers:
Thread a mix of cheese, meat, fruit, and veggies onto small skewers or toothpicks. Aim for variety in each skewer.
Fill cups base:
Divide pecans and dried fruit evenly among 16 cups.
Build cups:
Place 2–3 skewers into each cup.
Finish & serve:
Tuck remaining ingredients (cheese cubes, fruit, olives, veggies) around skewers. Add about 3 crackers per cup.
You can prep ingredients up to 24 hours in advance and assemble closer to serving time.
