This Honey Bun Latte Recipe combines rich coffee, warm cinnamon, sweet honey flavors, and creamy milk for a cozy café-style drink. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or an afternoon treat.

Ingredients

2 shots espresso (or ½ cup strong brewed coffee)
1 cup milk (whole milk, oat milk, or your preferred milk)
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon brown sugar
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Whipped cream (optional)
Extra cinnamon for garnish
Honey drizzle for topping

Instructions

Brew the espresso or strong coffee and pour into a large mug.
In a small saucepan, combine milk, honey, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
Heat over medium-low heat, whisking until the mixture is warm and the sweeteners dissolve completely. Do not boil.
Froth the milk mixture using a milk frother, whisk, or blender until light and foamy.
Pour the warm milk mixture over the espresso.
Top with whipped cream if desired.
Finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and a drizzle of honey.
Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

For an extra bakery-style flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg.
Use blonde espresso for a smoother, sweeter taste.
Oat milk creates a naturally creamy texture.
Adjust the honey and brown sugar to suit your preferred sweetness level.
For an iced version, cool the coffee and milk mixture before pouring over ice.
