Ingredients

Garlic Butter Steak Bites
lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Cheesy Loaded Fries
1 bag frozen crinkle fries or 4 large potatoes, cut into fries
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Fresh parsley flakes, for garnish

Instructions

1. Season the Steak
Place the steak cubes in a large bowl.
Toss with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Let rest for 5 minutes to absorb the seasonings.
2. Sear the Steak Bites
Heat a large skillet or cast-iron pan over high heat.
Add the steak cubes in a single layer, working in batches if necessary.
Sear for 2–3 minutes per side until a deep golden-brown crust forms and the steak reaches your desired doneness.
Remove from the heat briefly.
3. Add the Garlic Butter
Reduce heat to medium.
Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet.
Cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Return the steak bites to the pan and toss to coat in the garlic butter.
Stir in fresh parsley and remove from heat.
4. Prepare the Cheesy Loaded Fries
Bake frozen fries according to package directions, or roast homemade fries until crispy and golden.
Transfer hot fries to a baking sheet or oven-safe platter.
Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly over the fries.
Broil for 2–3 minutes until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.
Sprinkle with garlic powder and parsley flakes.
5. Plate and Serve
Arrange the garlic butter steak bites alongside the cheesy loaded fries.
Garnish with additional parsley if desired.
Serve immediately while hot and cheesy.

Notes

Use sirloin, ribeye, or New York strip steak for tender, flavorful steak bites.
Avoid overcrowding the skillet to achieve a perfect sear.
For extra flavor, marinate the steak in olive oil, garlic, and seasonings for 15–20 minutes before cooking.
Add smoked paprika or red pepper flakes to the fries for a spicy twist.
Serve with ranch dressing, garlic aioli, or chipotle sauce for dipping.
A cast-iron skillet delivers the best crust on the steak bites.
