1 packet taco seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 pound Tillamook Mexican 4-Cheese
1 (16 oz) package shredded lettuce
6 Roma tomatoes, chopped
1 cup salsa
1 cup corn salsa (Trader Joe’s)
1 cup sour cream
1 cup guacamole
1 cup pepita salsa (Trader Joe’s)
1 can sliced olives
1 red onion, sliced
1 jar La Victoria salsa
1 jar Cholula salsa
Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Favorite tortilla chips
Habanero pepper, for garnish (optional)
Start by preparing a large food-safe board or tray. Place a bowl in the center and fill it with shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes.
Arrange small bowls around the board and fill them with salsa, guacamole, sour cream, olives, and other toppings.
Leave space around the edges of the board for the taco shells.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until soft and translucent, about 10 minutes.
Add ground turkey and taco seasoning. Cook until browned and fully cooked through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Fill taco shells with cooked meat and shredded cheese, then bake for about 5 minutes until warmed and cheese is melted.
Arrange the tacos around the outer edge of the board. Fill in gaps with chips, extra toppings, and sauces.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and optional habanero slices. Serve immediately and let everyone build their own tacos!
You can substitute ground turkey with beef, chicken, or plant-based alternatives.
Warm taco shells briefly to prevent cracking.
Customize toppings based on preference (jalapeños, shredded cheese, beans, etc.).
Perfect for parties—prep toppings ahead of time for easy assembly.
