This creamy white chocolate fudge is the perfect no-bake Valentine’s treat—made with sweetened condensed milk, festive sprinkles, and lots of love!
1 (14 oz / 398ml) can sweetened condensed milk
3 cups white chocolate chips or white Baker’s chocolate (approx. 500g)
⅓ cup Valentine’s nonpareils (red, pink, white)
Optional Toppings:
4 oz white chocolate candy melts
1–2 tablespoons small heart candy sprinkles
Prepare Pan:
Line a 9×9-inch square pan with parchment paper, ensuring the paper covers the sides for easy removal.
Melt Base:
In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave for 1 minute.
Stir & Smooth:
Stir until the chocolate is mostly melted. If needed, microwave in 30-second intervals until completely smooth.
Add Sprinkles:
Quickly stir in the Valentine’s nonpareils, then pour mixture into the prepared pan. Spread evenly.
Decorate:
Press heart sprinkles into the top of the fudge. Optionally, melt candy melts, drizzle on top, and add more candy sprinkles.
Chill:
Refrigerate until completely cool and firm, about 1–2 hours.
Cut & Store:
Cut into squares. Store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge.
Customization: Use themed sprinkles for other holidays (Christmas, Easter, etc.).
Storage: Lasts up to 1 week at room temp, or 2 weeks in the fridge.
Gifting Idea: Wrap in cellophane or boxes for sweet Valentine’s Day gifts.
