This fun and colorful brownie pizza is loaded with white chocolate chips and M&M’s, baked in a round pan and sliced like a pizza. A playful dessert that’s perfect for parties and family fun!

Ingredients

→ Brownie Base

1 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 cups regular sugar

4 large eggs, room temperature

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1½ cups all-purpose flour

½ teaspoon salt

→ Mix-ins & Toppings

1 cup white chocolate chips

1 cup colorful M&M’s, plus extra for topping

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-inch pizza pan or line with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until glossy. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well. Stir in vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk flour and salt. Gradually stir into the wet mixture just until combined — do not overmix.

Fold in white chocolate chips and 1 cup of M&M’s.

Spread batter evenly into the pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 25–30 minutes, until edges are golden and a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.

Cool completely in the pan. Top with extra M&M’s, slice into wedges like a pizza, and serve!

Notes

Let cool fully before slicing to keep pieces intact.

Use holiday-themed M&M’s for a seasonal version.

For added crunch, sprinkle chopped nuts or crushed pretzels on top before baking.

Can be stored covered at room temperature for 3–4 days.
