This TikTok-inspired recipe combines roasted sweet potatoes, seasoned ground beef, creamy cottage cheese, and hot honey for a high-protein dinner.
For the Sweet Potatoes:
2 small (or 1 large) sweet potato, peeled and cubed
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
¼ tsp salt
Olive oil spray
For the Bowls:
½ pound ground beef
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
¼ tsp chili flakes
½ tsp salt
1 cup cottage cheese
1 avocado, cubed
½ tbsp hot honey
