Made with Stove Top stuffing, ground beef, and ketchup—this meatloaf is the ultimate easy comfort food for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

1 box Stove Top Stuffing (any flavor)

1 pound ground beef

2 eggs

½ cup ketchup (plus more for topping, optional)

½ cup water (add a little more if using extra lean beef)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bread loaf pan.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry stuffing mix, ground beef, eggs, water, and half of the ketchup.

Mix thoroughly (hands work best!).

Press the meat mixture evenly into the prepared loaf pan.

Spread the remaining ketchup over the top of the loaf. (Optional: use BBQ sauce or chili sauce instead.)

Bake uncovered for 45–60 minutes (about 50 minutes is typical).

Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm with sides like mashed potatoes, salad, or roasted veggies.

Notes

Customize with chopped onions, garlic, shredded cheese, fresh herbs, or spices.

Stove Top stuffing provides built-in seasoning and texture — no need for extra breadcrumbs or fillers.
