These easy mini pizzas use garlic Texas toast as the base—crispy, cheesy, and ready in just 20 minutes. Perfect for snacks or quick dinners!
Pizza Base
8 slices Texas toast garlic bread
½ cup pizza sauce
Toppings Galore
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
80 mini pepperoni slices (about 10 per pizza)
Place half of the Texas toast slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer (use parchment for easy cleanup).
Air fry at 360°F for 3 minutes to lightly toast.
Spread 1–2 spoonfuls of pizza sauce on each slice.
Top with mozzarella cheese and about 10 mini pepperoni slices.
Lower temperature to 300°F and cook for 3 minutes until cheese starts to melt.
Increase to 400°F and air fry 2 more minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Repeat with remaining slices. Serve hot and enjoy.
Customize with toppings like mushrooms, peppers, or olives.
Don’t overload with sauce to avoid soggy bread.
Perfect for kids’ lunches, after-school snacks, or game nights.
Best served hot while cheese is stretchy.
