Ingredients

3 tablespoons Unsalted Butter

1 (10-ounce / 280g) bag Mini Marshmallows

6 cups Fruity Pebbles Cereal

Gummy Worms, Swedish Fish, or Fruit Roll-Ups (optional filling)

Non-stick spray or extra butter (for greasing)

Instructions

Prepare the Pan:
Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking sheet or pan. Line with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy lifting.

Melt the Marshmallows:
In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Add mini marshmallows and stir continuously until completely melted and smooth. Remove from heat.

Mix with Cereal:
Immediately fold in Fruity Pebbles cereal. Stir gently until evenly coated.

Flatten the Mixture:
Transfer mixture onto prepared parchment. Place another greased parchment sheet on top and press into a thin rectangle (about ¼-inch thick).

Add Filling (Optional):
Arrange gummy candies or fruit roll-ups in a line along one long edge.

Roll:
Using the parchment to guide you, tightly roll the mixture into a log. Press gently to keep it compact.

Chill:
Wrap the log and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until firm.

Slice & Serve:
Using a greased sharp knife, slice into 1-inch rounds. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Grease hands, spatula, and knife to prevent sticking.

Work quickly while marshmallow mixture is warm.

Do not overmix to keep cereal vibrant and crunchy.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.

Try variations with Cocoa Pebbles or Rice Krispies for different flavors.
