Ingredients

Matcha Latte:

1 teaspoon matcha powder (ceremonial grade)
2 oz hot water
1 teaspoon liquid sweetener (e.g., agave nectar)
5 oz milk (dairy or plant-based like oat milk)
Ice

Strawberry Sweet Cream:

23 medium strawberries
2 oz heavy cream
1 oz milk
1 teaspoon sweetener

Instructions

Prepare the matcha
Sift matcha powder into a small bowl. Add hot water and whisk vigorously using a bamboo whisk or milk frother until smooth and slightly foamy. Stir in sweetener.
Assemble the latte
Fill a glass about 3/4 full with ice. Pour in the milk, then add the prepared matcha. Stir gently to combine.
Make strawberry sweet cream
In a small blender, combine strawberries, heavy cream, milk, and sweetener. Blend for 5–10 seconds until smooth and slightly thick, like melted ice cream.
Layer and serve
Pour the strawberry cream over the matcha latte. Gently stir to create a layered gradient effect. Serve immediately.
