S’mores crescent rolls made with flaky pastry, melted chocolate, gooey marshmallows, and crunchy graham crackers. This easy oven baked dessert is a quick, fire free twist on the classic campfire treat.

Ingredients

1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 cup mini marshmallows

1/2 cup milk chocolate chips (or 2 milk chocolate bars)

4 graham crackers (crushed)

2 tablespoons butter, melted

1/4 cup crushed graham crackers (for topping)

1 tablespoon powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)

Instructions

Preheat Oven
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare Dough
Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles. Arrange evenly on the baking sheet.

Add Filling
Sprinkle each triangle with crushed graham crackers.
Add about 1 tablespoon mini marshmallows and 1 tablespoon chocolate chips (or a chocolate square) near the wide end.

Roll Crescents
Starting at the wide end, gently roll toward the tip. Slightly tuck in the sides to help seal the filling inside.

Brush with Butter
Lightly brush melted butter over the tops for a golden finish.

Bake
Bake for 10–12 minutes, until golden brown and crisp. Slight marshmallow ooze is perfectly fine.

Finish & Serve
Sprinkle with extra crushed graham crackers and dust with powdered sugar if desired. Serve warm for the best gooey texture.

Notes

Don’t overfill to prevent leaks while baking.

Chill assembled rolls for 5 minutes before baking to reduce spreading.

Try dark chocolate or peanut butter chips for variation.

Best enjoyed fresh and warm.
