These crispy, cheesy quesadillas are stuffed with seasoned ground beef, melted cheddar, and all your favorite burger toppings—ready in just 20 minutes.

Ingredients

→ Main:

1 pound ground beef

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or American cheese

→ Seasonings:

Salt, to taste

Ground black pepper, to taste

Garlic powder, to taste

→ Optional Toppings:

Pickle slices

Diced onions

Burger sauce

Instructions

Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat until hot.

Press a small handful of ground beef directly onto one half of each tortilla, spreading evenly. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Place the tortilla beef side down onto the hot skillet. Cook for 2–3 minutes until beef is browned.

Flip the tortilla, add shredded cheese over the beef, fold in half, and gently press.

Grill both sides until the cheese melts and the tortilla is crisp and golden.

Slice into wedges and serve immediately with pickles, onions, or burger sauce if desired.

Notes

Use a cast iron skillet for the crispiest quesadillas.

Avoid overcrowding the skillet to ensure even cooking.
