Ingredients

1 pound kielbasa sausage, sliced into ½-inch pieces

2 apples, cored and chopped into small pieces

½ cup brown sugar

½ cup apple cider or apple juice

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Place sliced kielbasa evenly at the bottom of the slow cooker.

In a bowl, mix chopped apples, brown sugar, apple cider (or juice), Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Pour the apple mixture over the kielbasa to coat evenly.

Stir gently before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

If serving at a party, switch the slow cooker to the keep warm setting.
