This sloppy joe mac & cheese wrap is the ultimate comfort food mashup—meaty, cheesy, and easy to make.
1 lb ground beef
½ cup chopped onion
¾ cup Sloppy Joe sauce (store-bought or homemade)
2 cups prepared mac and cheese (your favorite recipe or boxed)
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional, for extra cheesiness)
1 tbsp olive oil or butter (for warming wraps)
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and chopped onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in Sloppy Joe sauce and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
Spread a layer of mac and cheese down the center of each tortilla.
Spoon Sloppy Joe mixture over the mac and cheese. Add extra cheddar if desired.
Fold the sides and roll into a wrap.
(Optional) Grill in a skillet with olive oil or butter for 1–2 minutes per side for a crispy finish.
Slice and serve hot.
Use leftover mac and cheese to make this a quick weeknight meal.
Swap ground beef for ground turkey or plant-based meat for a lighter or vegetarian version.
Add pickles or jalapeños for a tangy/spicy twist.
