One 2.6 oz packet of tuna without water (jalapeño flavor recommended)
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 egg
Pinch of salt
Preheat your mini waffle maker (chaffle maker).
In a bowl, combine the tuna, mozzarella cheese, egg, and pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.
Lightly spray the waffle maker with non-stick spray.
Spoon half of the mixture into the waffle maker and spread evenly. Close and cook for 4–5 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
