Ingredients

1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup with herbs

1 cup sour cream

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

2 sleeves Ritz crackers, crushed

1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions

Preheat the Oven
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and coat a 2-quart baking dish (or 8-inch dish) with non-stick cooking spray.

Prepare the Filling
In a large bowl, stir together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and Italian seasoning until well combined.

Add the Chicken
Stir in the cooked shredded or diced chicken until evenly coated. Transfer the mixture into the prepared casserole dish and spread evenly.

Add the Topping
Sprinkle the crushed Ritz crackers evenly over the casserole. Drizzle the melted butter over the crackers.

Bake the Casserole
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until the topping is golden brown and the casserole is hot and bubbly.

Serve

Rotisserie chicken works great for this recipe and saves time.
