A fast and flavorful wrap filled with melty cheese, juicy chicken, and simple seasonings—perfect for lunch or on-the-go meals.
1–1½ cups cooked chicken (grilled, shredded, or rotisserie)
1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
2 large flour tortillas or wraps
1/2 cup lettuce or baby spinach
1/4 cup diced tomatoes or salsa
2 tablespoons mayonnaise, ranch dressing, or preferred sauce
1 teaspoon olive oil or butter (optional, for toasting)
Salt and pepper to taste
Warm a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with olive oil or butter if toasting.
Lay out each tortilla and layer with chicken, cheese, greens, and diced tomatoes or salsa.
Drizzle with chosen sauce and season with salt and pepper.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly into a wrap.
(Optional) Toast the wrap seam-side down in the skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and the cheese is melted.
Let rest for 1 minute, then slice and serve warm or cold.
