Start your day with this simple pink salt and lemon water drink to support hydration, digestion, and metabolism. A quick, natural boost with just a few clean ingredients.

Ingredients

1/4 tsp finely ground Himalayan pink salt

8 oz (240 ml) warm filtered water (~120°F / 49°C)

1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon)

Optional boosters:

1/2 tsp raw honey (for mild sweetness)

Pinch of cayenne pepper (for thermogenic boost)

Instructions

Warm the water and pour it into a heat-safe glass.

Stir in the pink salt until completely dissolved.

Add the fresh lemon juice and mix well.

Customize with honey or cayenne pepper if desired.

Sip slowly over 2–3 minutes. Wait at least 15 minutes before eating or drinking anything else.

 

Notes

Drink first thing in the morning or before a workout for best benefits.

For a flavor twist, swap lemon with lime.

Add thin ginger slices or 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar for extra detox support.
