These pepperoni cheese pizza quesadillas are a quick and cheesy mashup of two comfort food favorites.
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup pizza sauce
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup sliced pepperoni
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil or butter (for cooking)
