1 lb pizza dough
1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup alfredo sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat Oven:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
Prepare the Dough:
On a floured surface, roll pizza dough into a large rectangle (about ¼-inch thick).
Make Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.
Assemble the Rolls:
Brush garlic butter mixture evenly over the dough.
Spread alfredo sauce over the dough, leaving a ½-inch border around the edges.
Top with shredded chicken, mozzarella, and parmesan. Season with salt and pepper.
Roll and Slice:
Starting from one long side, roll the dough into a tight log.
Cut into 1-inch slices and place them swirl-side up in the baking dish.
Bake:
Bake for 25–30 minutes, until rolls are golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve:
Let cool slightly, then serve warm. Optional: brush with extra garlic butter before serving.
Use store-bought or homemade pizza dough.
Add spinach, bacon bits, or chopped herbs for extra flavor.
Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheated in the oven or air fryer.
