Noodles Romanoff is a rich and creamy baked pasta dish made with sour cream, cream cheese, and Parmesan for classic comfort food flavor.

Ingredients

8 oz fettuccine or spaghetti

4 oz cream cheese, room temperature

2 tbsp unsalted butter, room temperature

16 oz sour cream, room temperature

1 tsp ground black pepper

½ tsp fine salt

½ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp ground nutmeg

1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided

¼ tsp ground paprika

Instructions

Preheat Oven
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish and set aside.

Cook Pasta
Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente (about 12–14 minutes). Drain and return noodles to the pot.

Create Creamy Sauce
Place the pot back over low heat. Add cream cheese and butter, stirring until fully melted and smooth.

Season & Combine
Stir in sour cream, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, nutmeg, and ½ cup Parmesan cheese until well combined.

Assemble Dish
Transfer noodles to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan evenly over the top, followed by paprika.

Bake
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, until hot, bubbly, and lightly golden on top.

Serve
Serve warm and enjoy this creamy, comforting classic.

Notes

For extra richness, add a splash of heavy cream to the sauce.
