This Mediterranean burrata board is a stunning appetizer with creamy burrata, fresh veggies, olives, and flatbreads—perfect for entertaining.
2–3 balls fresh burrata cheese
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 small cucumber, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
½ cup Kalamata olives (pitted)
½ cup marinated artichoke hearts
½ cup roasted red peppers
½ cup hummus (classic or flavored)
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
Fresh herbs (basil, parsley, or oregano), for garnish
Sea salt & freshly cracked black pepper
Pita bread, crostini, or crackers, for serving
Optional: sliced prosciutto, salami, or other cured meats
Place burrata balls in the center of a large serving board.
Arrange tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, olives, artichokes, roasted red peppers, and hummus around the burrata.
Drizzle burrata with olive oil and balsamic glaze. Sprinkle with sea salt, black pepper, and fresh herbs.
