Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 packet taco seasoning

1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies

1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup

1/2 cup milk

1 bag (9.75 oz) Doritos, crushed

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain excess fat.

Stir in the taco seasoning, diced tomatoes with green chilies, cheddar cheese soup, and milk. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Layer half of the crushed Doritos in the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Spread the beef mixture evenly over the Doritos.

Top with remaining crushed Doritos and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.

Bake for 15–20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use any Dorito flavor to change the flavor profile—Cool Ranch, Spicy Nacho, etc.

Add black beans, corn, or jalapeños for extra texture and flavor.

Easily make ahead and reheat leftovers the next day.

Let the casserole set for a few minutes to make slicing easier.
