Lemon Pepper Tilapia Sheet Pan Dinner

A healthy and flavorful lemon pepper tilapia dinner made on one sheet pan with fresh green beans and cherry tomatoes. Easy prep and quick cleanup!

Ingredients

4 large fresh tilapia fillets (about 1 ½ pounds)

2 cups cherry tomatoes

1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed

3 tablespoons olive oil

3 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning

Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1 lemon, sliced

Optional: chopped fresh chives or parsley, for garnish

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Prepare Vegetables:

Place cherry tomatoes and green beans on the baking sheet.

Drizzle with 1–2 tablespoons olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and toss to coat evenly.

Spread vegetables to one side of the sheet pan.

Prepare Fish:

Pat tilapia fillets dry with paper towels.

Place fillets on the empty side of the sheet pan.

Drizzle each fillet with 1–2 tablespoons olive oil and massage into both sides.

Season lightly with sea salt, then sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning on top.

Place one lemon slice on each fillet.

Bake:

Bake for 15 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

For a golden finish, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end.

Serve:

Garnish with fresh chives or parsley if desired.

Serve immediately with roasted vegetables.

Notes

Fish Options: Swap tilapia with cod, haddock, or halibut.

Veggie Variations: Asparagus, zucchini, or bell peppers make great substitutions.
