Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
3 cups tortellini
4 cups marinara sauce
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 yellow onion, diced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook tortellini according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook diced onion and ground beef until beef is browned and no longer pink. Drain excess grease.
Season with Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Stir in marinara sauce and cooked tortellini until well combined.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish if needed. Spoon dollops of ricotta cheese over the top.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over everything.
Bake for 10–15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
