This quick and flavorful Korean beef bowl is the ultimate weeknight meal—savory, satisfying, and ready in just 25 minutes.
1 lb ground beef (80/20 for optimal flavor)
2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
1 tbsp sesame oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, minced
2 green onions, chopped (plus extra for garnish)
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 cups cooked rice (jasmine, basmati, or brown rice)

Kimchi

Fried egg

Prepare the Rice
Stovetop: Rinse 1 cup of rice. Combine with 2 cups water in a pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for ~15 minutes. Let sit 5 mins, then fluff.
