Keto pepperoni pizza bites recipe made with crispy pepperoni cups filled with melted mozzarella and parmesan cheese. A quick low carb snack or appetizer that’s perfect for parties, game day, or meal prep.

Ingredients

24 slices pepperoni

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

2 tablespoons low sugar pizza sauce (optional)

Cooking spray or olive oil

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Lightly grease a mini muffin pan with cooking spray or olive oil.

Place one slice of pepperoni into each muffin cup, pressing gently to form a base.

In a small bowl, combine mozzarella, parmesan, and Italian seasoning.

Spoon a small amount of the cheese mixture onto each pepperoni slice.

If using pizza sauce, add a small dot underneath or on top of the cheese.

Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.

Allow to cool for 5 minutes before carefully removing from the pan.

Notes

For extra crispiness, bake 1–2 minutes longer, watching closely.

Use turkey pepperoni for a lighter option.

Add crushed red pepper flakes for spice.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer for best texture.
