This creamy, cheesy keto chicken broccoli casserole is loaded with flavor and low in carbs—perfect for an easy family dinner or meal prep.
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt & pepper, to taste
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a casserole dish.
In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, broccoli, cheddar, cream cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
Spread mixture evenly into the prepared casserole dish.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly on top.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Use rotisserie chicken for a quick shortcut.
Substitute cauliflower florets for broccoli if desired.
Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for extra spice.
