This creamy, melty burrata dip with roasted cherry tomatoes and hot honey is the ultimate appetizer—sweet, spicy, and absolutely irresistible.
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons hot honey (plus more for drizzling)
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 ball burrata cheese
Fresh basil, for garnish
Crusty bread or crackers, for serving
Prepare Tomatoes:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). In a small baking dish, toss cherry tomatoes with olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
Roast:
Roast for 12–15 minutes, until tomatoes soften and release juices.
Add Hot Honey:
Remove dish from oven, stir in hot honey, and mix well.
Top with Burrata:
Place burrata in the center of the roasted tomato mixture. Drizzle with extra hot honey.
Serve:
Garnish with fresh basil. Serve immediately with crusty bread or crackers for dipping.
Swap burrata with fresh mozzarella if unavailable.
Adjust spice level by using less red pepper flakes.
Add roasted red peppers or olives for extra flavor.
Best served warm straight from the oven.
