Juicy baked chicken breasts topped with creamy feta cheese and drizzled in sweet and spicy hot honey sauce. This easy dinner recipe is packed with bold Mediterranean flavors and perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

200 g feta cheese, crumbled

3 tbsp honey

2 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp hot sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tsp dried oregano

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.

In a bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil, hot sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish and coat evenly with the hot honey marinade.

Bake for 22–28 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Sprinkle crumbled feta over the chicken and broil for 2–3 minutes until the cheese is slightly golden.

Garnish with fresh parsley and spoon the pan sauce over each piece before serving.

Notes

For extra heat, add red pepper flakes or use a spicier hot sauce.

Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving to retain juices.

Serve with roasted vegetables, rice, or a fresh Mediterranean salad.

You can substitute chicken thighs for extra juiciness (adjust cooking time as needed).
