These golden, buttery homemade cheesy breadsticks are packed with melty mozzarella, garlic, and herbs—better than any restaurant and perfect for dipping.

Ingredients

1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

2 cups mozzarella cheese, freshly shredded

¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1 tsp Italian seasoning

½ tsp garlic powder

4 tbsp butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

¼ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper (optional)

Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Ranch dressing (optional for dipping)

Instructions

Rest Dough:
Let pizza dough sit at room temperature for 30 minutes to soften.

Shape & Prep:
Roll dough into a 12×8-inch rectangle and transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Make Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Assemble:
Brush half of the garlic butter evenly over the dough.
Sprinkle mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder evenly on top.

Bake:
Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 12–15 minutes, until the edges are golden and cheese is bubbly.

Finish:
Brush the hot breadsticks with remaining garlic butter.
Slice into strips with a pizza cutter.

Serve:
Serve warm with marinara or ranch dressing on the side.
