Healthy 3-Ingredient Brownies made with ripe bananas, natural peanut butter, and rich cocoa powder. These flourless brownies are naturally sweetened, fudgy, and perfect for a clean eating chocolate treat.
2 ripe bananas (the riper, the sweeter)
120 g (½ cup) natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
30–40 g (⅓ cup) unsweetened cocoa powder
Preheat Oven
Preheat oven to 175°C / 350°F. Line a small 20×20 cm (8×8 inch) baking dish with parchment paper.
Mash Bananas
In a bowl, mash the bananas until completely smooth with no large lumps.
Mix Peanut Butter
Stir in the peanut butter until fully combined and creamy.
Add Cocoa Powder
Add cocoa powder and mix until a thick, smooth chocolate batter forms.
Bake
Pour batter into prepared dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 18–25 minutes, depending on pan size and thickness.
Cool & Slice
The center should be set but slightly soft for fudgy brownies.
Allow to cool completely before slicing (this helps them firm up).
Use very ripe bananas for natural sweetness.
For extra texture, add dark chocolate chips or chopped nuts.
Store in the refrigerator for a firmer, fudgier texture.
These brownies are naturally gluten-free and dairy-free.
