These no-bake Christmas truffles are dipped in green candy melts and topped with red hearts—festive, fun, and perfect for holiday parties.

Ingredients

1 (16 oz) package Oreos

8 oz cream cheese, softened

2 bags light green candy melts

⅓ cup white candy melts

1 tablespoon red heart sprinkles

Instructions

Prep Tray:

Line a cookie tray with parchment paper.

Crush the Cookies:

Place Oreos in a zip-top bag and crush with a rolling pin, or pulse in a food processor until finely ground.

Make the Dough:

In a mixing bowl, combine crushed Oreos and softened cream cheese.

Mix until a thick, smooth dough forms.

Form Balls:

Roll into small bite-sized balls and place on the lined tray.

Freeze:

Freeze the truffles for 15–30 minutes until firm.

Coat with Candy Melts:

Melt green candy melts in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each.

Dip each chilled truffle ball into the melted candy, coating completely.

Return to the parchment paper.

Decorate:

Drizzle with melted white candy melts.

Before the drizzle sets, gently press two red heart sprinkles onto each truffle.

Set & Serve:

Let truffles rest at room temperature or in the fridge until the coating sets completely. Serve chilled or at room temp.

Notes

Chill Before Dipping: Freezing helps the balls hold shape when dipped in hot candy coating.

Thin Candy Melts: If too thick, stir in a tiny amount of coconut oil.

Avoid Seizing: Don’t let water touch the candy melts; always use dry bowls and utensils.

Storage:

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Freeze for up to 1 month — thaw slightly before serving.
