Green Fruit Salad

A fresh and colorful mix of green grapes, kiwi, honeydew, and other vibrant fruits for a light, sweet treat.

Ingredients

2 cups green grapes, halved

2 kiwis, peeled and sliced

1 green apple, cored and diced

1 cup honeydew melon, cubed

1 cup fresh pineapple chunks

1 lime, juiced

12 Tbsp honey or agave syrup

Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare fruit: Wash and dry all fruit. Halve grapes, slice kiwis, dice apple, and cube honeydew and pineapple.

Make dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice and honey until well combined.

Assemble salad: Add all prepared fruit to a large mixing bowl. Pour dressing over the fruit and toss gently to coat.

Serve: Transfer to a serving bowl or platter, garnish with fresh mint if desired, and serve chilled.

 

Notes

Prevent browning: Toss apple pieces in lime juice before adding to the mix.

Extra flavor: Add sliced cucumber or avocado for a savory twist.

Make-ahead: Prepare dressing and cut melon/grapes in advance; slice kiwi and apple just before serving.

Sweetness level: Adjust honey to taste depending on the ripeness of your fruit.
