This festive reindeer chow is a sweet and salty holiday snack mix with Chex, popcorn, pretzels, peanuts, and white chocolate—easy to make gluten-free!

Ingredients

Snack Mix:

2 cups Chex mix

2 cups popcorn

2 cups pretzels (use gluten free if needed)

½ cup dry roasted peanuts, unsalted

White Chocolate Coating:

9 oz white chocolate (dairy free if needed)

1 tbsp coconut oil

Toppings:

Christmas sprinkles

Optional add-ins: M&Ms, mini marshmallows, crushed candy canes

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine Chex, popcorn, pretzels, and peanuts.

Melt white chocolate and coconut oil together using the microwave (in 30-second intervals) or a double boiler until smooth.

Pour melted chocolate over the snack mix and stir until evenly coated.

Fold in Christmas sprinkles and any additional mix-ins.

Spread mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until set.

Break into pieces and serve or store in an airtight container.

Notes

Swap peanuts for almonds, cashews, or leave out for nut-free.

Use colored candy melts for more festive variation.

Store in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for longer storage.
