Tender broiled lobster tails topped with buttery garlic and melted Parmesan—an easy, elegant seafood dinner ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

4 lobster tails, split lengthwise

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 lemon, cut into wedges

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Prep the Oven & Lobster

Preheat broiler on high.

Line a baking sheet with foil.

Place split lobster tails flesh side up on the sheet.

Season with salt and pepper.

Make Garlic Butter

In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and half of the parsley.

Brush this mixture generously over the lobster meat.

Add Cheese

Sprinkle grated Parmesan evenly over each tail, gently pressing it onto the meat to adhere.

Broil

Broil for 7–9 minutes, or until lobster meat is opaque and cheese is golden and bubbling.

Finish & Serve

Remove from oven.

Sprinkle with remaining parsley and serve with lemon wedges for squeezing over the top.

Notes

For heat, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter.

Mix in panko breadcrumbs with the Parmesan for a crunchy topping.

This garlic-Parmesan topping also works well on shrimp or scallops.

Serve over risotto, pasta, or with roasted vegetables for a full meal.
